Aging: 18 months in seasoned oak barrels and stainless steel prior to bottling
Tasting Notes: 60% Shiraz 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Lifted aromas of dark cherry, plum, and blackcurrant are complemented by spice and cedar notes. The medium-bodied palate is generous with a rich array of red and dark berry fruit on a well-structured frame.
