Pratello was founded in 1867, on the morainic hills of the d'Annunzio-style shore of Garda lake. Today the estate is run by the fifth generation and extended across 80 hectares of vineyards. This beautiful territory, influenced by a unique microclimate produces perfumed wines, that are round and persistent. The 'Nero per Sempre' is produced in a similar style to Amarone, the wine is rich and refined with loads of character.

The 2016 Pratello 'Nero per Sempre' comes from 30 years old hand-picked vineyards. The grapes are produced in an Amarone-like fashion, dried in boxes from 35 to 45 days. The final wine is aged for 15 months, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in oak barrels.
Tasting notes: It is a wine that presents itself with a garnet red ruby color. On the nose, there is a pacific invasion of matured red fruits perfumes, nutmeg, fresh mac, followed by a sensation of blackberry and plum jam. In the mouth, it is a joy of red berries such as plum, blueberry, with a wraparound and silky end. The Nero per Sempre is strong, balanced, persistent, and it is pure art in a liquid form.
