Aging: 40% New French Oak 

55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot. The limited production Proprietary Red Wine blend shows a deep and dark ruby red appearance. The nose jumps out of the glass with fresh Asian spice aromas intermixed with plum confiture and blackberry note. On the palate, the wine shows its opulence in a brooding and emphatic way. The flavors are intriguing and mix blackberry, fresh red meat, intense violet extract, and plum jam.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2022 Proprietary Red waltzes out with showy notes of kirsch, wild blueberries, and fresh plums, plus suggestions of lilacs, fragrant soil, and cinnamon stick.
