Cotes de Gascogne is South-Western France's charming and alluring appellation. The Pyrenees mountains lay to the south of Gascony, a region dominated by rolling hills and 16th-century castles. Predominantly known for its dry whites, this region is home to a variety of different styles. However, the dry whites like Sauvignon, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, and Colombard have captured the attention of wine professionals abound. Aging: 100% Sauvignon blanc aged in stainless steel
