Who is eligible for Text2Sip?
Anyone in the continental U.S. who can receive wine shipments via UPS or FedEx. Your delivery address must legally allow alcohol delivery and an adult 21+ must sign for the package.
How does Text2Sip work?
Each week our tasting panel selects a limited–allocation wine from top producers worldwide. We text you the featured wine, and you simply reply with how many bottles you want — no commitments.
How do I place an order?
You will receive a weekly text describing the featured wine. Just reply to that message with the number of package you'd like (e.g., 1, 2, 6) and we will charge your card and ship to the address on file.
How long do I have to order?
Each drop has a limited purchase window. Once the drop closes or the wine sells out, additional orders cannot be accepted. These offers move fast due to limited allocations.
When will I receive my wine?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our temperature-controlled facility. Once shipped, deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship primarily through UPS and FedEx to ensure safe delivery of your wine. All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+).
Is this a subscription?
No. Text2Sip is not a subscription. You’re only charged when you reply to a text to claim that week's wine. If you don’t reply, you’re not charged — simple as that.
What kind of wines do you feature?
We highlight exceptional, small-lot wines curated by our tasting panel. Expect exclusive allocations, hidden gems, premium imports, and bottles not available to the general public.
How do I stop receiving Text2Sip messages?
Reply STOP to immediately remove yourself from our Text2Sip list. You can rejoin anytime in the future.
What happens if the wine sells out?
If the wine sells out before your order is processed, we’ll notify you right away and you won’t be charged. Some drops move very quickly due to limited allocations.
Do you ship during extreme weather?
We take temperature into account to protect your wine. During extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipment or use protective packaging. You will be notified if this applies.
