How to redeem
From BHW Bucks to better bottles.
The rewards panel is the live source for your balance and available offers. Follow these six steps before completing payment.

Sign in
Use the email address connected to your Big Hammer Wines orders so the correct rewards balance appears.

Open BHW Bucks
Select “Open my BHW Bucks” on this page or use the rewards launcher visible on the website.

Choose “Ways to redeem”
The live rewards panel will show the redemption options currently available to your account.

Select your reward
Choose an available reward and select Redeem. A unique reward code will be created for you.

Copy the code
Keep the rewards panel open or copy the code before adding your wines and proceeding to checkout.

Apply it at checkout
Paste the code into the “Discount code or gift card” field, select Apply and verify the savings before paying.
At checkout
Put the code in the right place.
Enter your unique reward code in the “Discount code or gift card” field. Select Apply, then confirm the reward appears in the order summary.
Do not complete payment until you can see the reward reflected in the order total.

Where can’t I use BHW Bucks?
BHW Bucks cannot be applied to VIP Case Deals, Text2Sip offers, or Premium Net Priced Wines. If your code is not applying, remove excluded products from the cart or contact us before completing checkout.
Where can I see my BHW Bucks balance?
Sign in using the email address associated with your orders, then open the BHW Bucks panel. Your current balance and available rewards will appear there.
Why don’t I see my points or previous orders?
The most common cause is signing in with a different email address. Sign out, then use the same email address used for your Big Hammer Wines purchases. If the balance is still missing, contact our team.
What should I do if my reward code does not work?
Check that the code was copied completely, that you are signed in to the correct account and that the reward is eligible for the items in your cart. If it still fails, send our team the account email and a screenshot of the checkout message.
Can I combine BHW Bucks with another discount?
Shopify checkout will determine whether the offers in your cart can be combined. If one code replaces another, compare the savings and use the better offer, or contact us before completing payment.
What happens if I redeem a reward but do not place an order?
Return to the BHW Bucks panel and review your available rewards or codes. If you cannot locate the redeemed code, contact our team before creating another reward.
Can I apply a reward after placing an order?
Reward codes should be entered and verified before payment. If an order was completed without the code, contact us promptly; post-purchase adjustments are not guaranteed.
