About the Wine

Since 2006, Broadside has been crafting wines that showcase the unique soils and topography of Paso Robles. Focusing on pure fruit expression with balance and elegance. They approach each wine as a blank canvas where they can capture the vine’s personality, the terroir of the vineyard and the influence of mother nature. The fruit is sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards—furthering our ability to make a wine that’s truly expressive of Paso Robles.

Tasting notes: Light bright gold. Pear and nectarine aromas show good clarity and pick up smoky lees and toasted grain nuances with aeration. Ripe tropical flavors of mango and pineapple with a firm seam of acidity wrap around the tongue suspending flavors well into the finish. There is a pronounced lushness to the wine that adds both weight and complexity.

Limpid gold. Poached pear, yellow apple and a hint of ginger on the fragrant nose. Fleshy and energetic on the palate, offering juicy orchard fruit, orange zest and vanilla flavors and a late suggestion of smokiness.
