This opulent wine is a blend of pale green and white gold in color. The big aroma blends peach, pear, apricots, honey and beeswax all leading to explosive fruit on the palate—quince, a hint of dates and licorice. It fills the mouth with fruit and honey in balance with muted tannins. It is off-dry (sugar and acid in dialogue) light, elegant and structurally complex.

This is a wine to savor on its own, to drink with rich foods, fine sauces, fish, lobster, fowl or strong cheeses. It will last for many years. You might consider it with dessert or even, as dessert.
