Villa Bibbiani is a small gem in the Montalbano hills, where the land of Chianti wine is situated. Its history and unique biodiversity are richly expressed in winemaking.
Nestled gently in this property is the cellar of Villa Bibbiani, a majestic building that formerly housed the cellar of Cosimo Ridolfi. He built the cellar 150 years ago, and it was considered an avant-garde winery.

These beautiful vineyards extend from the slopes of Montalbano hill to the church of San Jacopo in Pulignano. They are planted with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other native grapes, with vines between 20 and 50 years old.
Leopoldo Morara is Villa Bibbiani’s winemaker. He has forged his expertise at well-regarded estates in France, Chile, and New Zealand. This young, passionate winemaker has been leading Bibbiani’s team since 2018.
