They seek to develop and support the natural processes that lead to harmonious growth and healthy harvests. Balanced agriculture based on good agronomic practices used in organic farming and supplements them by invigorating the soil with preparations based on medicinal plants. It also uses the natural rhythms that are solar, lunar, and planetary rhythms.
This Gewürztraminer comes from the Grand Cru Hengst, these vines are on a 350m slope that's covered in marl and calcareous clay soils.
Tasting Notes: 100% Gewurztraminer. A mellow and very aromatic wine with spicy notes. Full-on the nose and on the palate. We find aromas of white chocolate, white pepper, and apples that will go perfectly with foie gras or desserts such as fruit tarts.
