About this Wine

A story can be found in the wine and on the label. The label is designed by Thomas Bergmann, a digital artist from Berlin who specializes in Pop-Art and Futuristic 3-D Design. In 2009, he was awarded by the National Science Foundation for his scientific rendering of robots.

The wine is a very quaffable Rosso from NE Italy that would normally sell at $25 under another label. The love story behind this label is less memorable or dramatic than the famous Shakespeare tale. Quite simply, the importer was unable to find national distribution and liquidated. As a result, the wine has been heavily discounted. After the wine passed the usual rigorous tasting panel, we purchased all that remained to offer to our discerning clientele.

Enjoy this wine anytime, anywhere with just about any food. We love wines like this that over deliver on quality and price. Very little oak on this wine makes it eminently enjoyable with a slight chill. The wine is fresh, raspberry fruit, a touch of cocoa and chocolate and just the right amount of Med herbs to invite you back for more.

Blend: 60% Corvina, 40% Merlot
