Grapes are 100% destemmed. Maceration is done at 30° and lasts for 20 to 30 days. Temperature controlled, malolactic fermentation. The wine is finally aged in neutral oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Red Wine. 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. Intense and brilliant red. Fruity nose associated with a toasted wood note. A subtle attack up front, balanced by the smooth tanin structure crescendoed by a round and silky finish. This respectful character of Medoc wines will flatter your palate.
