San Giorgio is the line dedicated to innovation. This innovation is marked by the new winery, completed in 2020. It's equipped with cutting-edge production systems, continuous research, and selections of grapes. The Diodoro is sourced from high-quality, select vineyards in the Taranto region.
Aging: In French and American barrique for 6-12 months.
Tasting notes: Red Wine. 100% Primitivo. The red wine is deep red with a multifaceted bouquet marked hints of ripe red fruits: cherries and prunes with spicy notes, especially cinnamon. On the palate, the wines are warm and enveloping, full-bodied with a persistent and intense finale.
