    At Lloyd Cellars, commitment meets craftsmanship. Each vintage reflects hand-picked fruit, small yields, and minimal intervention—not just to tell the story of place, but to amplify it.

    Operating from a boutique facility, where every lot is fermented separately and aged with precision, the team focuses on quality over quantity: fewer than 3,000 cases per vintage, each selected through rigorous barrel tastings and built for longevity. This isn’t about following trends—it’s about making bold California wines that stand the test of time.

    The 2023 Lloyd Chardonnay is the perfect reflection of that vision. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from the renowned Sangiacomo Vineyards in Los Carneros, it’s barrel-fermented, aged ten months in American oak, and undergoes full malolactic fermentation with extended lees aging.

    Lush and layered yet vibrant, it delivers creamy depth, ripe fruit, and a toasty, lingering finishpower and polish in one definitive California Chardonnay. If you love Rombauer, you’ll find plenty to adore here.

    100% Chardonnay.

    This Chardonnay pours a radiant golden hue, inviting you in with vibrant aromas of ripe pineapple, mango, and hints of caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it delivers a rich and creamy texture balanced by bright acidity, showcasing flavors of golden apple, citrus zest, and toasted coconut.

    The mouthfeel is lush and full-bodied, with layers of complexity from its oak aging, which imparts a touch of warm spice and a lingering toasty finish. This Chardonnay is beautifully balanced, seamlessly blending its bold, buttery character with a fresh and lively vibrancy.
