The 1999 La Cuesta Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a big, bold wine. Dark garnet in color, this Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of black cherries and plum, with subtle hints of tobacco and rich chocolate notes.The wine is balanced with firm tannins and a lingering finish. Luscious now, this is a wine that will continue to improve with cellaring. Pair this wine with beef, lamb, and decadent chocolate.
