Since 1902, the men and women of Mas Doix have tenderly cared for the Grenache and Carignan vines nestled in the unique “llicorella” slate hills. Founded by Valenti and Ramon Llagostera in 1998, Mas Doix has committed to preserving traditional practices while embracing the challenges of the future. Their meticulous attention to every vine, combined with their respect for the environment and its rich culture, results in wines that are truly exceptional.

Every bottle of 2014 Celler Mas Doix 'Doix' is born on the vine. The team at Mas Doix practices strictly organic viticulture with biodynamic methods to ensure harmony between the environment, vineyard, and their labour. The cultivation is exclusively performed by hand, with each grape harvested and selected with critical precision.

The winemaking process, from fermentation in stainless steel vats and wooden barrels to aging in barrels, is carried out with minimal intervention. This careful approach allows the true character of the terroir to shine through, resulting in a wine that is both powerful and elegant.
