Riesling Icewine, harvested at 14°F to 8.6°F in late December, was cool-fermented and aged 8 months in stainless steel. Expect honeyed apricot, ripe pear, and citrus zest in a beautifully balanced finish.

Gewürztraminer Icewine, also picked at peak frost, delivers exotic aromatics and spice, crafted with the same meticulous cold fermentation and aging process for a rich, floral, and vibrant profile.
