About the Winery
The fruit is the forefront for Charles Heintz and everyone on the Sonoma Coast knows it. When Ted Lemon, of Littorai, and Heintz began working together, the vineyard transformed from quantity into quality grape growing. Using new canopy management and trellis techniques, the grapes began to shine. All the neighboring wineries began lusting over the fruit that was being produced. The star studded cast included winemakers from all over the coast, but Charles Heintz gets the pick of the pick!
Winemaker Notes
This estate-grown Chardonnay reveals layers of mandarin orange, lemon curd, hazelnut, toast, citrus, beautiful white flowers and mineral. These characteristics distinguish Heintz Vineyard and reveal a true "sense of place".
