What's in the Glass
Sparkling Wine. 55% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeu, 15% Parellada. Pale yellow-colored Cava with fine and persistent bubbles. Intense aroma with fruity and floral hints and gentle notes of aging. On the palate, the wine is fresh, slightly sweet, and a very round palate. Recommended with assorted salads, pasta, rice, and fish dishes.
