About the Wine
Santa Maria Valley, sandy loam soil.
Production Notes: Barrel fermented and aged for 8 months in second and third-pass French oak. 100% malolactic fermentation gives this wine more weight in the mouth, even though it's not very oaky.
Tasting Notes
Golden in color, apples, pears, and pineapple are pronounced with a touch of buttered popcorn, lemon brioche, and honeysuckle. Pair with Chardonnay with any food that you cook in butter. Roasted or buttered chicken with corn on the cob and this wine is heaven. 600 cases made
