The Champagne house of Thierry Triolet has deep roots in the village of Bethon, nestled within the storied Côtes de Sézanne. This narrow band of hills, rich with limestone deposits, is an extension of the famed Côtes des Blancs. For decades, the Sezanne vineyards have been revered for producing outstanding Chardonnay grapes, often sought after by the grand Champagne houses to the north.

Thierry Triolet, a name synonymous with quality, has embraced estate bottling over the last three decades, joining a distinguished group of family-run Champagne houses. With 27 acres of vineyards, predominantly planted to Chardonnay, Thierry Triolet champions sustainable farming practices. Certified “Level 3” Haute Valeur Environnementale and Viticulture Durable en Champagne, he is committed to maintaining low yields and meticulous pruning, ensuring the utmost quality in every bottle.

Thierry Triolet Brut Rosé Champagne NV is a testament to the art of blending. Combining a base of Chardonnay with 15% red wine—a perfect 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier—this Rosé Champagne dazzles with its fresh, fruity character.

The process begins with a slow, low-pressure pressing in a modern bladder press, followed by fermentation in a variety of tanks. By eschewing barrels during fermentation and aging, Thierry Triolet ensures the purest expression of the Champagne’s vibrant fruit flavors.
