About this Wine
What do Alpha & Omega, Keating, Sojourn, Delectus, and Clos du Val have in common? They all went to Andy Beckstoffer to source some of the best Cab in the Valley from the prestigious Georges III vineyard. The fruit from these vines is highly awarded and accordingly, high priced. We scored a deal you can't miss.
2015 was such a blessed vintage in Napa, that you can hardly go wrong with stockpiling Cabs and red blends. The Taub family has been making and distributing wines for three generations.
Tom Hind is the winemaker. Fruit was sourced the best sites in St. Helena, Yountville, Oakville and Rutherford including Cabernet Sauvignon from the renowned Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard.
Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon 94%, Merlot 4%, P. Verdot 2%
Tasting Notes: Layered with dark fruits, blackberry, plum and cassis. A touch of oak and vanilla with roasted coffee notes.
