A Nos Amours (which means "To Our Loves" is a special cuvée from Château Lafont Fourcat. Château Lafont-Fourcat is located in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, near Castillon la Bataille village and not far from Saint-Émilion. The Chateau owner is Paul-Marie Morillon, who is also a consultant for Châteaux Ausone, Mondotte and Yquem.

Wet stones and black truffles here, as well as ripe dark-plum and berry aromas, leading to a smooth and succulent palate that has superb polish and poise. Long, smooth tannins carry dark-plum, earth and truffle flavors. Great wine. Try from 2022. 93 JS
A smaller production cuvée that's a vineyard selection of old vines brought up in new barrels, the 2016 Château Lafont Fourcat A Nos Amours is more deeply colored, seductive, and flamboyant, with subtle oak in its black fruits, charcoal, tobacco, and camphor aromas and flavors. It's rich, impressively concentrated, and deep on the palate, yet needs a handful of years in the cellar to round into form. It should drink nicely for a decade. ~90JD
