Sinegal Estate is right in the heart of Napa Valley, at the base of the gorgeous Mayacamas Range, a few minutes outside of St. Helena. Known historically as The Inglewood Estate, the 30-acre retreat is one of Napa’s oldest and most coveted.

Ryan Knoth has had a lifelong passion for food and wine. During an inspiring trip to wine country he realized his dream was to have a career that allowed him to work with the land while creating a product that would be enjoyed by many.

Since joining the wine industry, Ryan has had the pleasure of working under the expert tutelage of David Abreu, Michel Rolland, and Fredrik Johansson at Staglin Family Vineyard and Jim Barbour & Philippe Melka at Gandona Winery.

Reviews

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is made up of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 3% Malbec. It has a deep garnet-purple color and intense redcurrants, black raspberries, cassis, warm plums and kirsch with hints of violets, tobacco, forest floor and wild sage. The palate is full, firm, grainy and concentrated, finishing long and perfumed.~ 95+ WA

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon has turned out beautifully. Dark, supple and generous on the palate, the 2016 possesses terrific depth and textural richness. Black cherry, plum, bittersweet chocolate, dark spice and menthol flesh out in this super-expressive, inviting Cabernet Sauvignon. The 2016 can be enjoyed young or cellared for a number of years. Dollops of Cabernet Sauvignon from Georges III and Merlot from Oak Knoll round out the blend. Readers should note that this wine no longer carries the "Estate" designation, as it once did. ~94VM
