The texture and depth are really impressive for this chateau and might be its best wine ever. It’s medium-bodied with integrated and refined tannins, a powdery and textured mouthfeel and an endless finish. Ripe red fruit and exotic spiced notes on the nose. Juicy, succulent and clean, this has great energy and such well integrated tannins so that they give the frame and structure but very lightly letting the raspberry and red cherry fruit speak as well as a soft wet stone and flint touches. Refined and elegant and really approachable too. I like this a lot. One to watch. 3.58pH. 70 IPT. 75% of grand vin. Ageing 40% new oak, 60% one-year-old barrels. ~ 94 Decanter

A pretty, perfumed wine, the 2025 Château Du Tertre offers ample cassis and exotic blue fruits intermixed with spicy oak and herbal and floral nuances. Medium-bodied on the palate, it has fine, polished tannins, nicely integrated acidity, and remarkable purity, precision, and elegance. It's one of those underrated, complex wines that builds beautifully with time in the glass, and it might match or even exceed the 2022. Bravo. ~ 93-95 Jeb Dunnuck 

The 2025 Château du Tertre was picked 8 to 22 September and matured in 40% new oak. It is cohesive and focused on the nose, plenty of graphite-infused black fruit that nudges it stylistically towards Pauillac. Fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with, again, quite a Pauillac-like entry thanks to that graphite edge. Well defined with satisfying length, this is a classy du Tertre, one of the best I have tasted from barrel. ~ 92-94 Vinous Media

The 2025 Château du Tertre, a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot (40% new oak), reveals a bouquet of dark wild berries and spice along with discreet, well-integrated oak.
