Kojima Sohonten Brewery
Kojima Sohonten, operating under the Toko brand, has been brewing sake in the Yonezawa area of Yamagata Prefecture since 1597. The brewery represents over four centuries of continuous production. Takasago Shuzo was founded in 1899 in the town of Asahikawa City in Hokkaido, making it one of Northern Japan's oldest operating breweries.
