About the Wine

Simon Blin's family of winemaking stretches back to 1636. To say that he is unusually qualified to direct the co-op is an understatement. Using only exceptionally made with Pinot Meunier from the experts at this cooperative winemaking facility, this wine is both powerful and elegant. Golden in color with fine and persistent perlage, the bubbles are lively and expressive. In the glass, you will find aromas of green apple and honeysuckle on the nose, with abundant fruitiness and a bright acidity on the palate.
