Tasting Notes: This wine combines 92% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Franc grapes from Napa Valley's Oakville, Rutherford, and Yountville areas. It has hints of cinnamon, vanilla, milk chocolate, and black cherry flavors.
With their first vintage of 1998 Norma Jeane, A young Merlot, the winery invented a new style of Merlot somewhat patterned after the famous Beaujolais Nouveau from France.
