Weighty and vibrant, the wine billows forth with luscious blackberry compote, boysenberry, kirsch liqueur and a hint of anise.
About the Winery
Santa Eufemia is one of the few Portuguese owned Port producers. This is a fourth generation family enterprise, but it was not until 1992 that they began to commercialize wines under their own name. The Carvalho family crafts tiny quantities of superb vintage Port as well as a range of aged tawnies up to 40 years of age. They excel with rare white ports and colheitas. They also produce dry white and red wines.
