The color of garnet, the wine offers a distinctive floral note with cherry liqueur, Asian spice, smoke, kirsch and fresh raspberries. Silky, elegant, supple and soft, this gentle vintage of Petrus is all about the purity of the fruit and fine-grained tannins. Produced from yields of 26 hectoliters per hectare, according to Olivier Berrouet, this vintage reminds him of 1988. 93-95 Wine Cellar Insider
