About The Wine

Miquel Canals Ollé founded Ramon Canals in 1975. The Canals family has been cultivating and producing of high-quality wine, in Castellví de Rosanes for 45 years but their roots in the region can be traced back to 1903! This family-owned & operated domain located in a small village in the wine-growing region of the Penedès produces high-quality wine from sustainable vineyards making sure every wine puts forth the highest standards of quality.

If you haven't had reserve level Cavas made in the traditional champagne method, here is where to start.

Blend from native varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeu, Parellada, and Garnatxa. The second fermentation in the bottle ages on the yeast for more than 24 months where the wine develops the perfect maturity and aromatic potential!

Tasting Notes: Rose Sparkling Wine. Xarel.lo 40%, Macabeu 35%, Parellada 20%, Garnatxa 5%. With a pale rose color and fine persistent bubbles, the wine smells of fresh, floral, and ripened strawberries and raspberries. The wine is perfectly balanced, delicate, and delicious. Recommended to pair with frivolity, laughter, and just about any food including cheese, appetizers, seafood, dessert, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Yes, this wine is that fun and flexible.
