Resurrected as a near extinct indigenous varietal by Don Giacomo Cauda, a parish parson in the 1960's. This wine is from the original old vines, now owned by Luca Ferraris. The wine is 100% Ruché. It is 80% fermented in stainless tanks and 20% in French oak for 9 months.

Primary fruit on the nose is driven by notable hints of strawberry and rose petal. Quite muscular but refreshing and very much alive.
