Aged for 12 months in barrel (20% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: 100% Chardonnay. Ripe yellow apple and asian pear lead the way, followed by brown butter, candied lemon peel, flint, white button mushroom, and hazelnut. Medium plus body, showcasing depth and complexity. Marked by graceful acidity and an everlasting finish.
