80% of the surface of the winery is built into a hill. The winery uses gravity flow to receive and transport the grapes and wine in the lightest way possible. The commitment to quality and technology is of the highest magnitude. It was the first European winery to use geothermal energy as a source of energy; this allows for more conscious and sustainable viticulture.

This wine is bottled unfiltered, so expect a light sediment. The winery insisted on capturing the essence of the fruit in the bottle, so the wine is fresh as possible.
