Farmed by hand and horse, the vineyard’s alluvial soils, rich with round stones at 40-50 cm, force the vines to develop deep, resilient root systems, enhancing concentration, minerality, and freshness. The extreme altitude and diurnal temperature shifts contribute to slow, even ripening, preserving the wine’s natural acidity and aromatic complexity.
