Passion and expertise are the main words to describe Domaine Capuano-Ferreri, a small, under the radar producer, with little less than 10-acres of vineyards located in the very heart of Santenay and in Chassagne-Montrachet.

At Capuano-Ferreri, every step of the winemaking process is executed with utmost care and precision. Owner and winemaker John Capuano, ensures that the vineyards flourish, producing grapes of exceptional quality. The cellar is a work of art that encapsulates centuries-old winemaking traditions, a place where time stands still as wines mature to perfection.

The La Comme vineyard is a  classified as 1er Cru located in Santenay, the last appellation south of the Cote de Beaune. The specific area is commended for its elegance, aromatic complexity, and ability to age gracefully.

2020 was an outstanding year for Burgundy. Wine Advocate blessed this vintage with a 95pt review, and Wine Spectator said, it delivered "big, powerful reds; the best rival 2019 and 2016, with immediate appeal."

Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
