The 2022 Ghost Block Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is an exceptional vintage, sourced entirely from the renowned Rock Cairn Vineyard in Oakville, with a touch of fruit from the historic Ghost Block Vineyard in Yountville. On the nose, it is a bold and captivating symphony of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and blackberry, with rich undertones of cedar, vanilla, dark chocolate, and black peppercorn. Tasting Notes

96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot. This wine offers a harmonious balance of rich dark fruit, blackberries, and plums with hints of violet, chocolate, vanilla, and spices with aromatics on the palate. Fined grain tannins frame the velvety mid-palate with a crisp, lingering finish. This wine is well-structured and complex and will perfectly pair with grilled lamb chops.
