The soul of the estate took a fascinating turn in 1980 when Gérard Quivy, after practicing law for many years, decided to trade the courtroom for the vineyard. Answering a deep calling to the land, he took over his wife’s family estate, becoming the fourth-generation custodian of its precious vines.
