Pet Nat is sparkling wine made the simple way – no fancy tricks, just pure nature. While Champagne gets made with complicated double fermentation, Pet Nat keeps it easy with just one fermentation that happens right in the bottle. This creates lighter, more natural bubbles and leaves some cloudy sediment at the bottom – think of it as wine's authentic, unfiltered personality showing through.

This particular bottle comes from Alvarinho grapes grown in small hillside vineyards with granite soil. The winemakers bottle it with about 20 grams of leftover sugar, which keeps fermenting inside the bottle to create all those natural bubbles. No filtering, no removing the yeast – just that residual sugar doing its magic to make the fizz. It's sparkling wine for people who like things simple, honest, and naturally sweet around the edges.
