Sancerre is an appellation located in the eastern part of the Loire Valley. This appellation produces red and rosé, but it’s undoubtedly the white Sancerre the flagship style of the whole region.

Maison Lispaul is a family estate in Tracy-sur-Loire, two hours south of Paris, rooted in the heart of Pouilly-Fume on clay and limestone soils with southern exposure. The name behind this Sancerre is Maison Joseph Drouhin — the Burgundy powerhouse founded in 1880, now run by Joseph Drouhin's great-grandchildren and certified organic since 2009 across all its vineyards.
