Wolffer Estate has been one of the finest producers on the East Coast for over 35 years. What started in 1988 with just 14 acres in Sagaponack has grown to 175 acres of sustainably farmed vineyards in the heart of the Hamptons, now run by founder Christian Wolffer's children Marc and Joey alongside Winemaker/Partner Roman Roth.

The Summer in a Bottle Rose has become a cult wine — a visual taste portrait of Hamptons high summer. This 2024 vintage comes from nine varieties grown across different vineyard sites, each vinified separately and blended for maximum coastal freshness and fruit purity.

The winemaking is meticulous: grapes pressed immediately, juice settled cold at 50°F, cool fermentation to total dryness, two months on fine lees. Malolactic fermentation was strictly avoided to retain the lively mouthfeel and pure fruit character that makes this one of the most food-friendly roses on the market.

In the glass, pale salmon with a soft pink hue. Wild strawberries and red cherries on the palate, lifted by subtle floral notes. Vibrant red berry fruit meets refreshing acidity, balanced by fine tannins and classic Long Island minerality — the Atlantic breeze in a bottle.
