Founded in 1988. La Carraia estate remains family-owned and 100% estate-grown. Eduardo Gialetti works alongside his sons, Mauro and Marco. La Carraia winery is located in Orvieto. The winery is set across 1960 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 300 meters. La Carraia utilizes a combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques. The winery has a focus on showcasing the unique characteristics of the Umbrian terroir. The terroir has been treasured since Etruscan Times.
