Lambrusco di Sorbara is a renowned DOC located in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy, which has become world-renowned for its production of frizzante rosé and red wines. This grape variety is known for producing fragrant, floral wines that are amazingly refreshing and with a well-balanced palate.
Imagine a wine that perfectly captures the lively spirit of Emilia-Romagna. That’s exactly what you get with Cantina di Soliera’s Lambrusco di Sorbara—a fresh, vibrant, and authentically Italian wine that’s all about celebrating life.
Cantina di Soliera is a community with deep roots in the sunny fields of Modena. Here, the Sorbara grape—a special variety that’s been around for centuries—flourishes in the sandy, sun-kissed soils between the Panaro and Secchia rivers.
For over 50 years, Cantina di Soliera has been perfecting the art of making Lambrusco di Sorbara. They’ve even developed a special technique to ensure that every bottle is just right, capturing the bright, bubbly character that makes this wine so beloved. The vineyard, with its 4 hectares of ungrafted Sorbara vines, produces a wine that’s true to its roots—dry, lively, and bursting with the flavors of Emilia-Romagna.
This wine is a taste of the local culture, a wine that brings people together over good food and great conversations. Cantina di Soliera’s Lambrusco di Sorbara is all about enjoying the simple pleasures in life, whether you’re sharing it with friends or pairing it with your favorite dishes.
