Tasting Notes: 100% Chardonnay. The wine is clean and lemony on entry, showing great length and verticality, then opens up with notes of roasting and spices before revealing a warm, slightly saline character on the finish.

Very subtle nose of lemon blossom, Amalfi lemon and white flowers with a pronounced yeasty note of freshly baked brioche. Sleek and elegant with racy mineral acidity and just enough dosage to balance this and the fine mousse.
