Pure Negroamaro from the Tormaresca estate, it takes its name from the manor farm accessible by a footpath that winds through pine forests and olive groves. This variety is perfectly suited to Salento’s clay and limestone soils, and when its abundant clustering is limited by pruning, it expresses itself as rich structured wines with intense aromas and notes of red fruits, tobacco, Mediterranean vegetation, and medicinal herbs, the latter responsible for the delicately bitter aftertaste typical of the variety.
