With technique and hard work, Secondo Cerchio combines grape varieties, environment, and terroir to obtain special quality expressions in their wines. At the heart of their philosophy is the principle that each and every grape variety achieves its optimum quality expression only in certain environments.
The team at Secondo Cerchio believes an excellent wine can only be conceived with holistic work. A philosophy that begins with decisions in the vineyard and passes through to the estate capable of conserving the identity of the grapes.
Aging: 12-14 months oak barrels.
