Founded in 2007 in the heart of Portugal’s Alentejo region, Adega Mayor is the country’s first author-designed winery, brought to life by the minimalist vision of Pritzker Prize-winning architect Álvaro Siza Vieira. Surrounded by 350 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, the winery blends cutting-edge design with age-old winemaking tradition.
