The vineyards sit in the foothills of the Iberian Sierras, covering over 4500 hectares of varied terrain. The vines grow in old, stony soil, rich with rocks and minerals, and are constantly refreshed by the strong cierzo wind. These elements give the wines a unique character that reflects the heritage of the terroir.

The artists of the circus inspire the El Circo brand, originally made up of nine varietal wines, each representing a circus act.

Aging: No Aging in barrels

 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Elegant and lively, just like a contortionist. Each sip brings a mix of dark berries, a hint of spice, and a touch of oak. The finish is smooth and lasting, leaving you wanting more.

Intense herbal spice on the nose, dark chocolate, and cooked black currants. A fairly high level of floury tannins, a soft base, rich in content and good body with a rather mild acidity, a quite distinctive Cabernet, far removed from the "international monotony."
