Tinazzi is a family producer of high-quality wines from the Veneto and Puglia, dedicated to promoting the soul of the territories safeguarding tradition while seeking innovation. San Giorgio is the line dedicated to innovation. This innovation is marked by the new winery, completed in 2020. It's equipped with cutting-edge production systems, continuous research, and selections of grapes. The Diodoro is sourced from high-quality, select vineyards in the Taranto region.
Aging: In French and American barrique for 6-12 months.
Tasting notes: Red Wine. 100% Primitivo. The red wine is deep red with a multifaceted bouquet marked hints of ripe red fruits: cherries and prunes with spicy notes, especially cinnamon. On the palate, the wines are warm and enveloping, full-bodied with a persistent and intense finale.
