Cote de Nuits Village wines are often referred to as the "Fine Wines of the Côte de Nuits." Domaine du Clos des Poulettes wines are sourced from several villages stretching from Corgoloin to Dijon. They share the same exceptional characteristics as their renowned Nuits counterparts: the same orientation, slopes, geology, grape variety, and planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare – the highest in the world. Yet, the best part? Their prices are merely half that of the Nuits wines.

En Vierville is a flagship wine of the estate, it is a testament to the exceptional quality this winery offers. This wine has received numerous accolades, including the recognition of One of the “Best Wines in France” by Red Tulip Magazine, and a Burgondia d'Or.

The Domaine de la Poulette boasts a rich history dating back to the time of Louis XIV. It has been passed down through six generations, with each generation's dedication to wine being unwavering. From the Renvey family to Joannet in Arcenant, Grivot in Vosne Romanée, and Charles Maitrot, a notable figure in the world of agriculture – they all played a role in shaping the Domaine's legacy.

Hélène Michaut has been at the helm of the Domaine since 2015. With her engineering background and expertise in e-commerce, she's brought innovation to the wine industry. Her dedication to winemaking led her to acquire a new cellar in 2015, bringing modern winemaking techniques to the heart of tradition.

Lucien Audidier was a remarkable figure who significantly impacted the Burgundy vineyard. From a modest background, he rose to become an authority in Burgundy wine, serving in various prestigious roles. His marriage to a woman from a wine-producing family led him to the Domaine de la Poulette, where he revitalized its legacy.

2019 was an outstanding year for Burgundy. This vintage was blessed with a 98-point review by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.
